OK I was asked to show an example of how I get some items at the store for free or very cheap.. This is just a short sample and good for this week Jan. 11- Jan 14 at krogers and longer at walgreens ect. (check your sales papers for dates) Some of the coupons I got from the coupon button on the left, some I got from past Sunday papers. Some I got from other sources. BIG HINT: Clip ALL coupons, as you may not use it one week, but can use it another week and sometimes get the item FREE. I used to just buy the store brand as I thought that was the cheapest way to go, but by doing a little research and using your coupons you can get these brand name items cheaper if not free then the store brand!

Also guys check your clearence there is so much stuff on clearence i ve noticed. This week the good deal to look for is the 88 cent sales. which they are having in my area till thursday, thats when there sale week goes to in my area...In my store they have just started taking internet coupons they used not, so call before hand and ask , also ask how many items you can get ,our store limit is three, but sometimes they wave that. I stocked up on the chunky soup 88 cents minus coupons, getting them for 19 cents a piece.
Like I said I havnt really sat down yet and looked, but this gives you a good idea to start with. Ok the kids and family driving me nuts so this is all that is going on this post.
